Receptionist: Paradise Hotel. Good morning! May I help you?
Client: Good morning! I would like to make a reservation.
Receptionist: Would you like a single or a double room?
Client: A double room with twin beds, please. I’m traveling with my
brother.

Receptionist: Alright. When are you arriving?
Client: On May 11th, in the evening.
Receptionist: Let me check. I’m sorry, sir, but we are fully booked on
May 11th.
Client: And on May 12th?
Receptionist: How long will you be staying?

Client: Three nights.
Receptionist: OK. We have a room available from May 12th until May 15th,
with a special rate of $60 per night. Besides, breakfast is
included.
Client: Perfect. Is the hotel near downtown?
Receptionist: Yes, we are located within walking distance of downtown.
Alternatively, you can take the bus to get there.
Client: OK.
Receptionist: What’s your name, please?
Client: José Santos.
Receptionist: Would you spell it, please?
Client: J-O-S-E S-A-N-T-O-S.
Receptionist: Alright, Mr. Santos. You can pay when you check in. In case
you cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as
possible.
We look forward to your visit.
Client: Thank you. Goodbye!
Receptionist: Goodbye!
