Tony: Well, my wife Jenny and I are expecting our second child.
Amy: Jenny is pregnant? Congratulations!

Tony: No, actually we decided to adopt a little boy.
Amy: Are you adopting a newborn?
Tony: Yes, we are already in contact with a woman who is four months
pregnant.
Amy: Wow! I couldn´t imagine raising a child. Are you going to use
childcare?
Tony: Well, Jenny´s sister isn´t working and she is a great role model for
the kids. She is going to watch them for a while.
Amy: Have you decided on a name? Are you excited to have a boy?
Tony: We are thinking about naming him James, after my grandfather.
Yes, I always wanted to have a son as well as a daughter.
Amy: Are you worried that your daughter will be jealous of him?
Tony: No. I think having two children, one
oldest and one youngest, and one
girl and one boy is the perfect
balance. Anyway, I was
wondering if you wanted to
come to the baby shower
this weekend.
Amy: I would, but I´m taking a
trip this weekend to visit
my folks in New Jersey, my
hometown. They are really
looking forward to my
homecoming.
